Ireland U15 squad ready for Scotland games
THE Republic of Ireland U15 side face Scotland in the first of two friendly matches at East End Park, Dunfermline, tomorrow afternoon (3.00pm).
Irelands youngest international side will complete their programme of games this season after recently meeting the Netherlands and Turkey.
“We arrived early today everybody is in good shape. We worked on some attacking play today. The lads have trained well both yesterday and today so we are all looking forward to the two games,” said O Brien.
“We will be looking to see how another few players perform at this level. We are looking for performances from the players as individuals and also how they work within the team. It is good to see how far they have come in the work we have done this year.
“You can see in training they have measured up to what we have worked on with them and have presented some new ideas to them to take on board.”
