Republic of Ireland U19 head coach Paul Doolin has named an 18 man squad to travel to Serbia for the UEFA Elite Round commencing Thursday, June 6.
Ireland have been placed in Group 2 with Switzerland, Slovakia and hosts Serbia. Group winners will progress to the final tournament in Lithuania in July. They will play their games in both Belgrade and Novi Stad.
Speaking today, Doolin said: "I believe we have a balanced squad that has done well this season to remain unbeaten in seven games. We will be going there looking to qualify for the finals.
"The return of Noe Baba from injury plus the additions of Will Hayhurst and Carel Tiofack will help I believe although we were obviously disappointed to see Tommy Hoban, Daragh Lenihan and Mikey Drennan ruled out by injury."
Ireland will assemble in Dublin on May 30 for training before travelling to Serbia on June 4.
