Ger Robinson is an Irish football striker, who currently plays for Kildare County in the Eircom League of Ireland.
Robinson trained with the likes of Ravenelli, Juninho and Paul Gascoigne as a youngster with Middlesbrough. While playing with the Middlesboro reserves he has put the ball in the famous Anfield net.
He never quite made the senior squad at Middlesboro and returned to Ireland where he picked up an FAI Cup winner's medal with Dundalk in 2001/02.
He then had spells with Kilkenny, Monaghan and Lonford before changing codes to play GAA.
He picked up a Meath Senior Club Championship winner's medal for St. Peters Dunboyne in the following years, where he was man of the match in the final..
Robinson returned to soccer when his uncle John Ryan gave him a chance to line out for Kildare County while keeping up his GAA commitments at the same time.
