Gary Mulligan put Ireland ahead after 20 minutes as he headed home. The lead lasted just eight minutes.
Henry McStay put Ireland ahead again on 57 minutes as he drilled home a loose ball as the opposition failed to clear.
Mark Yeates made the win secure with a third on 90 minutes.
