The Republic of Ireland's Under-21 side
snatched a late winner to beat Finland
in the Madeira Invitational Tournament.

UCD midfielder Gary Dicker sealed the
victory for Don Givens' side with a
92nd-minute strike after seizing on an
error by Finnish keeper Niki Maenpaa.

Anthony Stokes was denied a second for
Ireland in the 64th minute when his
shot was deflected into the ground by
Maenpaa and hit the crossbar.

Finland equalised 3 minutes later when
Cork City midfielder Roy O'Donovan was
penalised for a foul on Jarno Parikka
and Perparim Hetemaj fired home.
