Boyne Rovers player called up to Fran Rooney's 22-player training squad, ahead of the 1991 Euro quals in November 1989. Recalled to national team training in April 1990 after an eight-month lay-off caused by studying for her leaving cert. Left out of the squad for the Holland home match but set a target of 7-8 weeks to get back to full fitness by Fran Rooney.
Signed for Belvedere in April 1990 for their summer Leinster League season, having guested for them the previous season while attending St Oliver's school in Drogheda. Also played for Drogheda basketball club.
